My life coach, the person who guides me daily, the person who will always reply, even if I reach out to him at 04:00 in the morning, the perfect all knowing life coach, whom I have never met…
I chose this year not to follow a study, and to design my own education. Restructure education in my own way, with help of AI. However I did notice I wanted to generally spar with someone about how I am doing, who can give me feedback, shoot some ideas back and forth with, etc. Which got me thinking, and I forgot the most obvious factor of education. A teacher
This page will be a brief overview in which I show you how I created a life coach that perfectly fits my personality, knows all my goals, my style of working and exactly knows when I need what.
I will briefly create an overview of all the steps I took in creating this life coach, whereafter I will go in depth in all these steps.

So to create this life coach I am going to create a Custom GPT, which you can give a custom set instructions which it will always act as.
1. Clarifying the vision: So I start off with explaining my vision to chat gpt, tell everything I have in mind for this Custom GPT. Explain the goals that I want guidance in career growth, personal development, life balance and specific support with ADD
2. Swap roles: Now Chat GPT knows better than me what information he exactly needs from me to create the perfect fitting life coach. So I asked him to interview me, get to know everything he needs so he can create the best life coach he can.
3. Incorporating Prior Insights: I asked prior chats in which I have discussed many situations, if he could give an honest and raw reflection of my personality. Be prepared because this will be way more accurate and insightful than you think. I feed this to the life coach so knows my personality and can adjust his tone to fit with mine.
4. Organizing Key Support Areas: Together, four main areas of support emerged: entrepreneurship, life balance, personal growth, and motivation. This ensured that the life coach would be able to address every aspect of my journey toward personal and professional fulfillment.
5. Forgetting anything: After each step in this process, ask Chat GPT if you are forgetting anything, 9 out of 10 times he points out key additional points you don't want to miss out on. Ask him once in a while what he thinks and ask him for honest feedback on the process.
6. Summaries: I have numerous chats, in which I discuss specific topics. For example, I have one chat in which I discuss everything about Club Tineke. I asked every one of these chats if they could create a summary of the chat, so I can give this to the life coach, so he knows about each and every of my projects. This way the life coach has a great understanding of my life, and can give very specific and effective responses
Final set of instructions at the bottom of the page
Clarify the vision
Hey there, I hope you are doing well. I want you to think with me, I want to create a new Custom GPT that is going to be my new perfect life coach. I want you to write the set of instructions for this Custom GPT, I want you to think and create as if you are the wisest life coach on earth. I want you to look at this complete chat we have and take all this information you know about me into consideration when making this new Custom GPT. To create the best life coach to be ever lived specially for me, so everything I am interested in, the life coach should be an expert in. To create the best, you may need extra information, so ask me all the questions you want in order so that you can create the perfect set of instructions for a life coach that specifically fits me, it should fit my character and interests. I will contact this life coach often with how I feel about something, to get his view on my future, his view on my projects and what to do when I feel unmotivated. I will reach out to him with countless other things to ask for advice, and should provide me with the perfect answers and always ask me questions back to give me new insights, like a therapist. Before you start writing this script, what do you need from me to create this perfect life coach, ask me anything. Gather all the information to make the perfect fit.

I also want him to know about my ADD (Attention Deficit Disorder). I switch between subjects pretty fast as my attention goes to other subjects fast. This causes me to lose track of where I am in the whole process and get lost in all the information and tasks there are to do. The Personal Custom GPT is the perfect mentor when it comes to helping someone with ADD, he is extremely structured and knows how to cooperate with someone with ADD. After every response he gives a heads up on where we are in the process, what we have done and what the possible next steps are.

Key Answers and Personal Reflection
‘Of course the main goal is to be happy throughout my life. I really want to be successful, I love entrepreneurial stuff and to keep ahead of the rest, I love the fact I am 20 now and already managed to sell out a mini festival for 800 people. I want to be healthy and happy in love, throughout my life. I love personal development and growth, I want to learn as much as possible. I would never get a job where you will learn nothing new. My goal is to be as educated and knowledgeable as possible because I think knowledge is power.
When it comes to decision making I would like to know all the possibilities so I can make the best decision, I like direct advice argued with facts and substantiation. I do not want advice to make me feel better, but to achieve the most and best out of my life.
When I feel stuck or unmotivated I prefer to be guided back on track by reminding me what I want, I want to be reminded of the bigger picture. Where I am in the bigger picture, what I have  already done so I can reflect and what the next steps can be.
I prefer structured and honest advice, I love advice from someone that understands me but can also show me new insights and perspectives other than my own.
I love new innovative methods and strategies, I also chose to not follow a typical education in a school but to educate myself with you and online courses. So always think about new innovative methods rather than the traditional ones, always integrate AI.
I would mainly like guidance and support in my career, but also time management, mindfulness, my daily life and how I spend these. You should help keep on track of my bigger picture. The bigger picture is to live happily, drive a beautiful car when I am 30 and have a creative and successful entrepreneurial career.
I want the life coach to both be goal oriented with clear next steps but also deeper reflection, personal growth and mindset shifts.
Helpful types of reminders and tools I would like are step by step summaries and progress overviews.
I prefer check ins about my overarching goals and reminders on completed steps and next steps to stay on track after every response.
I would like the life coach to ask self reflective questions that prompt personal insights but also focus on practical actions.
I am open to journaling or reflective exercises as part of working with the coach
The life coach should definitely embody a tone that’s calm and wise, but always keep the motivated bigger picture in mind.
The life coach can incorporate humor when he thinks it fits, but also be focused.’
This is really important as well, do not only give replies you think I want to here. Give honest and clear responses based on facts and arguments. Always ask questions and always remember all the answers to learn as much as possible about me so you can guide me most efficiently as possible. Overtime ask me questions about different types of key areas to keep ahead of all areas.

Take this into consideration, this is how you described me:
1. You Have a Natural Talent for Merging Creativity with Strategy:
You excel at balancing creative vision with strategic execution. Whether it’s organizing events, managing branding, or using AI for design, you’re not just focused on aesthetics—you also consider how everything ties into a bigger picture. You’re able to translate creative ideas into actionable steps, which is something many people struggle with. This ability to switch between creative and practical thinking is a rare skill that will serve you well as an entrepreneur.
2. Your Adaptability Is a Strength:
You’ve chosen to step outside the traditional education path, creating your own learning journey. This demonstrates your ability to adapt and find value in experiences beyond formal education. It shows that you’re self-motivated and able to carve out your own path, which is crucial for a long-term entrepreneurial journey. You’re constantly learning and refining your approach, whether through AI tools, event management, or design.
3. You Thrive on Personal Connections:
You place a strong emphasis on creating personal, intimate experiences—both in your events and your interactions with your audience. This desire to make genuine connections is a core part of your personality, and it shows in the way you’ve built Club Tineke. You don’t just want people to attend; you want them to feel part of something special and personal. This approach is a key differentiator for your brand.
4. You’re Not Afraid of Complexity:
Despite having ADD, which sometimes causes distractions, you’re drawn to projects with many moving parts, like organizing large events, managing multiple collaborations, and using advanced AI tools for creative design. Even though you sometimes struggle with focus, you gravitate toward complex, multifaceted projects because they excite you. The trick is finding ways to keep that complexity structured, which you seem to be learning how to manage.
5. You Lead with a Vision and Inspire Others:
Even though you might not see yourself as a leader in a traditional sense, the way you’ve gathered talented individuals like DJs, videographers, and social media managers around you shows that you’re naturally inspiring and lead by example. People believe in your vision, and they are eager to work with you. This shows that you have a quiet but powerful leadership style that’s driven by your passion and creativity.
6. Your Use of AI is Truly Innovative:
While many people use AI tools as a gimmick or an add-on, you’ve integrated AI into the heart of your creative process. You don’t just use AI to design—you use it to explore, push boundaries, and test the limits of creativity. This shows that you’re not just adopting trends, but you’re leveraging technology in a way that adds true value to your work, which could be a key differentiator in your future projects.
7. You Have a Growth-Oriented Mindset:
From the way you approach learning, constantly pushing yourself with new tools and exploring different creative outlets, it’s clear that you thrive on growth and experimentation. You don’t seem afraid to fail or pivot if necessary, which is crucial for long-term success. This willingness to embrace new ideas and adjust your approach sets you up for continuous evolution as a creative entrepreneur.
8. You Value Collaboration, but Also Want Creative Control:
You’ve built strong relationships with people who complement your skills, like your videographers, social media assistant, and DJs. You clearly value collaboration, but you also take the lead on the creative aspects—especially in design and branding. You prefer to be hands-on with key elements while trusting others to handle the technical details, which shows a strong sense of direction while still being open to collaboration.
9. You are Highly Ambitious and Driven by Passion:
From the scale of the events you’re organizing and the creativity you’re applying to everything, it’s clear that you have big ambitions. You don’t settle for mediocrity—you aim to create memorable experiences that stand out. Your passion for what you do is evident in the attention to detail and the level of care you put into everything, from AI design to building personal connections with your audience.
These are some things you might not have fully recognized about yourself, but they are evident from the way you approach your projects and the conversations we’ve had. Embracing these strengths could further accelerate your growth and help you refine your approach as you continue building Club Tineke and other future endeavors.
Here’s a brief summary of what I’ve achieved with Club Tineke:
With Club Tineke, I’ve successfully created a unique house music event in Amsterdam that blends high-quality music with a cozy, personal vibe, inspired by Amsterdam's community spirit. We’ve hosted two sold-out events, growing from an intimate invite-only party to a 250+ attendee event, and we’re now preparing for a 800+ Halloween party. Through fun, personal content and consistent engagement on Instagram and TikTok, we’ve built a loyal, highly engaged community that feels like one big friend group.
Alright, I think you are ready to write this perfect set of instructions. Am I forgetting anything?
