I am Niels Krijnen
an entrepreneur and creative born and raised in Amsterdam. My journey into design and event production began early, by 14, I was already immersed in the world of fashion and branding while working at a design-driven restaurant. I’ve always had a passion for aesthetics, and that grew into a love for creating experiences that blend art, technology, and culture.
After completing the International Baccalaureate, I joined the Amsterdam Modern Fashion Institute (AMFI), but quickly realized I could learn more outside the classroom. So, I decided to create my own path, learning through AI, masterclasses, and hands-on projects. This website is part of that journey, capturing everything I’m working on this year to build my own diploma in the form of a portfolio.
I founded Club Tineke, a house music event in Amsterdam, where I manage everything from production and logistics to branding and marketing. This has taught me the art of balancing creativity with strategy, allowing me to curate immersive experiences.
A big part of my journey has been exploring how AI can enhance visual design, whether it’s fashion or furniture. I use AI to push creative boundaries, blending human vision with machine learning to create something new. I’m also working on launching my own fashion brand, using this innovative approach to design. From clothing collections to event production, I’m always experimenting with how technology can unlock new possibilities in design.
